Company: Maxmodus is a well-funded, early-stage startup led by a proven entrepreneur (2 successful exits), building the first multi-agent AI platform to help small business owners reclaim their time and operate with clarity, focus, and purpose. We are headquartered in Long Island, New York.

Role: Full-Stack Engineer. This is a founding role with equity opportunity. You will be instrumental in building our AI Time Coach Platform from the ground up, creating the user interface and backend systems that power daily reflection and AI-driven coaching for business owners.

Responsibilities:
- Initially, help build the MVP from scratch.
- Design and develop the front-end UI for a daily time reflection and coaching tool using React and Next.js.
- Build the backend logic, APIs, and database schemas using Node.js, Python, and PostgreSQL/Firebase.
- Implement smart backend logic that triggers AI coaching interactions.
- Develop APIs and LLM workflows for real-time insights, integrating with the OpenAI API.
- Collaborate closely with the founder and the AI Solution Architect on system design and AI integration.
- Work with structured and unstructured data related to user activities.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong proficiency in full-stack development.
- Experience with front-end technologies: React, Next.js.
- Experience with backend technologies: Node.js, Python.
- Experience with databases: PostgreSQL and/or Firebase.
- Experience integrating with third-party APIs, particularly the OpenAI API.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment.
