We are looking for someone with strong product sensibilities, extraordinarily good frontend skills, and solid software engineering fundamentals to join our team.

What we're looking for:
* You care about crafting delightful user experiences. You write code to enable people and understand that details and copy matter.
* Prior experience shipping non-trivial apps using React + Redux (or equivalent). Strong React and JavaScript knowledge is needed to build fast and thoughtful user interfaces.
* Experience writing tests, giving good feedback on other people’s code, and writing clear proposals for complex problems. Communication and clarity are crucial in our remote setup.
* Ability to handle computer science-y problems, write fast and performant code, and deal with data structure manipulation.
* Comfort with CSS and familiarity with design systems and component libraries. Expected to use our style guide and update CSS as needed.
* Experience working on a large and complex JavaScript project. Ability to adapt existing code and integrate new code into established systems.

What you'd work on:
* Lightning fast interaction with data (e.g., interacting with custom maps, visual filtering).
* Augmenting visualizations (e.g., adding annotations to charts).
* Wayfinding features to surface important metrics/segments.
* Improving embedded analytics for customer-facing applications.

Nice to have:
* Knowledge and prior experience with data visualization (especially dc.js and d3.js).
* Previous contributions to open source.
* Interest in learning some Clojure (our backend language).
