Company: Mindr has built a platform for employee communities, mentorship, and leader development.

Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team. You will be instrumental in building and scaling our platform.

Responsibilities:
*   Develop and maintain product features using Ruby on Rails and React/TypeScript.
*   Manage client integrations and ensure seamless data flow.
*   Improve and modernize the tech stack, including managing dependencies and infrastructure on AWS.
*   Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers.
*   Participate in code reviews and contribute to high code quality standards.

Technical Skills Required:
*   Extensive experience with Ruby on Rails (RoR).
*   Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
*   Solid understanding and experience with AWS services.
*   Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL.
*   Bonus points for experience with major version upgrades (Rails, Postgres, other dependencies).
