Company: Mindr has built a platform for employee communities, mentorship, and leader development.

Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Software Engineer to provide technical leadership and contribute to the core development of our platform.

Responsibilities:
*   Lead the design and implementation of complex product features using Ruby on Rails and React/TypeScript.
*   Architect and oversee client integrations.
*   Drive initiatives to improve the tech stack, infrastructure (AWS), and development processes.
*   Mentor other engineers and promote best practices.
*   Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership on technical strategy.
*   Tackle challenging technical problems, including scaling and performance optimization.

Technical Skills Required:
*   Extensive, deep expertise with Ruby on Rails (RoR).
*   Advanced proficiency in React and TypeScript.
*   Significant experience designing, deploying, and managing applications on AWS.
*   Strong database skills, particularly with PostgreSQL, including performance tuning.
*   Proven experience leading major version upgrades (Rails, Postgres, other dependencies) and managing technical debt.
