Requirements

• Expert in TypeScript, React, and Redux Toolkit with modern frontend tooling
• Strong backend experience with either Go or Elixir/Phoenix
• Can ship good design without a designer – strong visual sense and attention to detail
• Deep familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and modern UI/UX patterns
• Experience with real‑time systems, WebSocket connections, high‑concurrency applications
• Strong database design skills with PostgreSQL and performance optimization
• Product‑driven engineer who focuses on user impact over technical complexity
• Technology pragmatist who values proven solutions over trendy frameworks
