Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior ML/AI Engineer to join our Advisory & Delivery unit. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying cutting-edge machine learning systems that address our clients’’ most challenging problems. You will work with our team of AI experts to design innovative solutions using the latest frameworks and cloud platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy scalable ML systems that solve complex business problems
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines for training and serving ML models
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Optimize ML models for performance, cost, and deployment efficiency
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
  • Stay at the forefront of AI research and industry trends

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing ML systems at scale
  • Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or HuggingFace Transformers
  • Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies
  • Strong knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture
  • Experience with MLOps practices and model deployment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering impactful AI solutions
