Account Executive
About Modash: Modash is a growing creator partnerships platform that helps brands scale their partnerships with creators on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. We’re looking for a full-time Sales Account Executive to help us grow faster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your time effectively and prioritize high-impact tasks.
- Conduct research for deep customer discovery and understand each buyer’s goals.
- Create awareness of the importance of an influencer marketing strategy and the uniqueness of our solution.
- Gain control over the sales cycle and maintain close contact with customers.
- Deliver effective discussions to determine if Modash is a good fit for clients’ marketing goals.
- Report internally and analyze your success, proposing action plans.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in closing deals, preferably in SaaS or fast-growing startups.
- Knowledge of B2B sales, challenger sale methodology, and questions-based selling.
- Curiosity and empathy to be a good listener and understand client drivers.
- Resilience to overcome obstacles, rejection, and failures.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving personal goals.
- Ambitious character who sets high personal standards.
- Get-it-done attitude with the ability to find solutions and keep moving forward.

Location: Remote with at least 4 working hours overlapping with GMT+3 each day, comfortable working in US time zones.
