Senior Product Designer

**About Modash:** Modash is a creator partnerships platform that helps brands scale their partnerships with creators on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. We're building the world-class data platform that powers creator discovery for thousands of companies and helps creators earn a living.

**Role Overview:** As a Senior Product Designer at Modash, you'll work directly with a product owner and shape our brand's products end-to-end. You'll take it full cycle from understanding the customer to executing new ideas up to getting the designs ready for development.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Talk with Customers about the Modash Product to understand their pains and needs on the topics of creator discovery and management
- Work on prototypes and concepts for future product iterations
- Be part of development cycles by preparing user stories and explaining designs to the development team
- Track your impact using customer feedback and north star metrics
- Collaborate closely with the product design team on product ideas, the design system, and creating the best solution for our brand customers
- Educate the entire company about new releases and current projects

**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years as a product designer, ideally for a B2B SaaS Company
- Experience with Figma, Miro, Linear, Confluence, Amplitude, Fullstory, and Birdeatsbug
- Ability to write great user stories and communicate designs to developers
- Familiarity with creating and maintaining an atomic design system, including version control
- Experience with creating and maintaining design systems

**Compensation:** 
The estimated pay range for this role is €50,000 - €80,000. This role is eligible to participate in Modash's equity plan.
