Role Overview: As a Technical Customer Success Manager at Modash, you’ll partner with our customers to ensure they have the best experience using our API products. You’ll build relationships, set customers up for success, and collaborate with Sales and Product teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with customers, becoming their go-to person for their journey with Modash
- Set customers up for success by understanding their business and goals
- Collaborate with Sales and Support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Work with the Product team to provide feedback and deliver solutions that meet customer needs
- Become a Modash and industry expert to help customers succeed
- Track your impact using customer feedback and north star metrics
Required Skills:
- Experience working in B2B SaaS, supporting technical customers
- Familiarity with APIs and technical concepts
- Fast-paced working environment suitability
- Previous experience at a startup or scaleup
- Excellent communication skills in any medium
- CRM proficiency with Vitally
- Being organized and focused
- Alignment with Modash’s mentality: no manuals, rules, or finger-pointing

Compensation: The estimated pay range for this role is €60,000 - €100,000. This role is eligible to participate in Modash’s equity plan.
