About Us:
We are a YC-backed (S24) startup looking to disrupt the realtor space by creating a software platform that allows users to buy homes without a traditional realtor. We're building a cutting-edge AI platform that automates real estate agent workflows, including messaging, deal management, and customer interaction.

Role: Founding AI Engineer

Join us as a Founding AI Engineer to shape the future of real estate transactions. You will be instrumental in building our core AI capabilities from the ground up.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize AI-driven workflows for messaging and deal automation (texts, emails, and related communication), with a focus on AI agent tool use.
- Build robust backend services using TypeScript.
- Craft effective GPT prompts and fine-tune AI responses to enhance model performance and workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and CTO to implement and refine key platform features.
- Integrate and leverage new AI models and technologies as they emerge.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and real estate tech.

Qualifications:
- Proven ability to use AI tools and methodologies to ship code rapidly.
- Experience shipping consumer-facing features.
- Strong understanding of existing AI/LLM models (like GPT) and their capabilities, particularly regarding tool use.
- Proficiency in backend development, specifically with TypeScript.

Nice-to-haves:
- Public GitHub contributions showcasing relevant projects.
- Previous experience delivering consumer-facing code in a startup environment.
- Familiarity with or interest in the real estate industry.
