Role: As a Senior Software Engineer on the Engineering team at Monad Foundation, you will design and build high-quality web applications that integrate seamlessly with web3 technologies, working together with internal and external counterparts. The ideal candidate has a strong web3 full stack development background - building both frontends and smart contracts.

Responsibilities:
* Design and build performant applications involving blockchain interaction and data (frontend and backend).
* Build dashboards showcasing network activity and popular applications.
* Build SDKs to facilitate developer interaction with the blockchain.
* Build interfaces for easy user onboarding to Monad.

Ideal Candidate:
* 4+ years of experience as a full stack engineer.
* 2+ years of experience at a web3 company.
* 2+ years of smart contract development experience (Solidity).
* Expert in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js (or similar like Svelte/SvelteKit).
* Experience with wallet connectors, indexers, Ethereum transaction lifecycle, and related Web3 APIs (e.g., web3.js).
* Experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB).
* Experience working closely with design and developer teams.
* Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset.
