Company: The Monad Foundation is a team of dedicated ecosystem and community builders who are on a mission to massively grow the impact of decentralized tech. We believe that the Monad blockchain--the performant and parallel EVM Layer 1--will help decentralized apps eat the world. Monad raised $225M in series A funding and is scaling towards mainnet.

Role: We are looking for a creative Senior Developer Relations Engineer who is a strong public speaker and with the technical chops to build and share the Monad technology across various social mediums. Your work will be vital to helping builders find and thrive in the Monad ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
* Evangelize Monad’s technology to developers, explaining unique selling points and ease of use.
* Participate as a panelist in industry discussions.
* Conduct hands-on workshops on tools, technologies, or methodologies.
* Represent the Monad Foundation at industry events, in media interviews, podcasts, and video segments.
* Reach new communities (incubators, universities) via hackathons, live coding sessions, conferences.
* Develop educational content (blog posts, instructional videos) for developer onboarding.

Ideal Candidate:
* Prior experience building web3 developer communities.
* Strong public speaking and teaching experience.
* Enjoys coding in public (live coding).
* Excellent knowledge of Solidity and Typescript OR strong expertise in shipping dapps.
* Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
* Creative, persuasive, independent, organized, strong work ethic.
* Desire to bring builders together.
* Enthusiasm for Monad’s mission.
