**About The Role:**

We're seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our remote team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions using Python and JavaScript. You'll work closely with clients and team members to develop software that meets their unique needs while adhering to our principles of quality and longevity. This position requires strong technical skills, client relations expertise, and a passion for building products that have lasting impact.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement full-stack solutions using Python and JavaScript
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver exceptional products
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Stay at the forefront of web technologies and apply new knowledge to our projects
- Work with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions

**Required Skills and Experience:**
- Proven experience with Python and JavaScript development
- Deep understanding of full-stack architecture
- Experience with modern web frameworks and libraries
- Strong knowledge of database design and optimization
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with cloud platforms and deployment strategies
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

**Bonus Qualifications:**
- Experience with machine learning systems, particularly LLMs
- Background in UI/UX design and user research
- Project management experience
- Experience with ML model deployment and LLM application development
