Role Description:
We are seeking Senior Full-Stack developers to play a lead role in growing our company. You will work on diverse client projects and help build more thoughtful AI-powered products. This role involves client interaction, project management, and contributing to UI/UX design and user research.

Responsibilities:
- Develop robust and scalable full-stack applications using Python and/or JavaScript.
- Engage in client relations and project management activities.
- Contribute to UI/UX design processes and conduct user research.
- Help build and integrate AI-powered features, particularly using LLMs.
- Potentially deploy ML models and develop LLM applications.

Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript (JS).
- Proven experience in a full-stack development role.
- Experience with client relations and project management.
- Good understanding of machine learning systems, especially Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong UI/UX design principles and user research skills.
- Must be located in and legally able to work in Canada.

Desired Skills (Plus):
- Experience with ML model deployment.
- Experience with LLM application development.
