Rust TypeScript Python Controls Embedded Systems Back End Engineer Staff Engineer 
About Monumental: We are creating robots that autonomously construct buildings. This role involves designing and implementing control systems for our robots, which include figuring out the robot's position with sub-mm precision, navigating autonomously around the building site, and automating measurement and calibration. Our stack is Rust, TypeScript, Python, and NixOS. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Amsterdam.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of control systems for autonomous construction robots.
- Implement algorithms for precise positioning and navigation.
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate control systems.
- Optimize system performance for real-world deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decisions.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Rust, TypeScript, and Python.
