About Monumental: We are creating robots that autonomously construct buildings. This role involves developing machine vision systems for our robots, including object recognition, defect detection, and automated measurement. Our stack is Rust, TypeScript, Python, and NixOS. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Amsterdam.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement computer vision algorithms for construction applications.
- Develop systems for real-time object detection and measurement.
- Collaborate with control systems engineers to integrate vision capabilities.
- Optimize vision systems for performance and accuracy in challenging environments.
- Contribute to the development of autonomous navigation features.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and TypeScript.
- Experience with computer vision frameworks and libraries.
