Role Description:
For our R&D department we are looking for an R&D engineer who is enthusiastic about working on a complex system, solving puzzles and loves complex programming challenges, to make More Optimal even more loved by our customers as well as implementation partners.

Responsibilities & Opportunities:
In our R&D team you will be able to work on a very diverse combination of problems depending on your preferences: frontend, backend, advanced algorithms and infrastructure. You will contribute to enhancing our low-code platform used for complex planning and optimization.

Technical Skills:
Experience with our tech stack is beneficial: TS/JS (primarily), Java/Kotlin, Python, Go, GCP.

Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone enthusiastic about complex systems and programming challenges, eager to solve puzzles, and wants to make a real impact in a fast-growing company. Experience in Operations Research or optimization is a plus, but a strong engineering background and a passion for problem-solving are key.
