Motivity is seeking a Software Developer to join our innovative team building health software for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. We're a remote-first company specializing in autism support technology with a codebase built entirely in F#. This role involves full-stack development across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, working closely with clinical experts to create impactful tools for autism therapy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement new features and applications using F# and related technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, and clinicians
- Conduct code reviews, participate in architectural decisions, and mentor junior engineers
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production systems
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Stay current with industry trends and apply them to our technology stack

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in F# or other functional programming languages
- Deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on reliability and performance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Microsoft Orleans for distributed systems
- Familiarity with healthcare or medical software regulations
- Background in AI/ML applications
- Experience with containerization and DevOps practices
- Contributions to open-source projects
