**The Role:** We are hiring Founding Software Engineers to build the technology that powers our innovative music platform. You will be part of a small, agile team responsible for designing and implementing features that enable our unique music streaming and personalization services. The core stack includes TypeScript, Rust, React, PostgreSQL, WebSockets, and GCP. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in London, UK.

**Responsibilities:**
- Design and develop scalable web applications using TypeScript, Rust, React, and PostgreSQL
- Implement real-time features using WebSockets and optimize cloud infrastructure on GCP
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and designers
- Contribute to the architecture and technical direction of our platform
- Build and maintain APIs for seamless integration with our music services
- Optimize performance and ensure reliability of our systems
- Work closely with our ML team to implement and evaluate new features

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience building full-stack applications with TypeScript, Rust, React, and PostgreSQL
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and real-time communication protocols
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly GCP
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on system design
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Passion for music technology and its applications
