Project: Char Network is an open-source Bitcoin staking platform enabling a whole new generation of Bitcoin Layer 2 solutions.

Role: We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineers with a strong background in systems programming. As part of the inaugural team, you will work on creating a 0-1 project, contributing to the security and performance of Bitcoin Layer 2 protocols and staking solutions. This role demands technical excellence, a deep understanding of low-level programming, and a passion for blockchain innovation. Working onsite in Miami is a must!

Responsibilities:
*   Design, implement, and optimize high-performance systems using C++ and Rust.
*   Develop and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable solutions for Bitcoin Layer 2 protocols.
*   Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure robust testing.

Qualifications:
*   Expertise in C++ and Rust with a focus on systems programming.
*   Experience with low-level programming and performance optimization.
*   Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
*   Mid-Senior level experience.

Nice to Haves:
*   Experience building a bitcoin project or application.
*   Practical experience with cryptography.
*   Familiarity with Bitcoin is "nice-to-have" but not required.
