**About The Role:** As a Product Owner at N26, you will be responsible for defining and communicating product vision, strategy, and requirements for our banking solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, customers, and development teams to deliver impactful features that enhance our users' banking experience.

**What You'll Do:**
- Define and prioritize product backlog items based on business goals and user needs.
- Translate customer requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product management) to ensure successful product delivery.
- Conduct user research and market analysis to inform product decisions.
- Create and maintain product documentation and specifications.
- Present product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and leadership.
- Gather and analyze product metrics to measure success and identify improvement opportunities.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience in the fintech or banking industry is a plus.
- User-centric mindset with ability to balance business goals and customer needs.
- Experience with product analytics tools and metrics is a plus.

**Compensation:** 
The estimated pay range for this role is €75,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience. This role is eligible for equity participation in N26.
