Role Description:
As an SRE at N26, you will be crucial in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our global banking platform. You'll work on automating operations, managing infrastructure, improving monitoring, and responding to incidents to maintain the high availability our millions of customers expect.

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure.
- Develop and implement automation tools for infrastructure provisioning, management, and monitoring.
- Monitor system performance and reliability, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to production incidents.
- Collaborate with backend engineering teams to improve service reliability and performance.
- Drive initiatives to improve system architecture and operational processes.

Ideal Candidate:
- Strong experience in site reliability engineering or systems administration.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and monitoring principles.
- Programming/scripting skills (e.g., Python, Go, Bash).
- Passionate about automation and building resilient systems.
