**What You''ll Do:**

As a Full Stack Engineer at NavExl, you will take ownership of our VSTO (Visual Studio Tools for Office) add-ins built with C#/.NET 4.8.1 and WPF. You'll tackle real-world deployment quirks including firewalls, TLS requirements, and MSI/ClickOnce distribution while helping us scale our product suite. Key responsibilities include:

*   Designing, developing, and maintaining VSTO add-ins for enterprise applications
*   Solving complex deployment challenges across diverse network environments
*   Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new features
*   Ensuring high performance, reliability, and security standards
*   Troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues
*   Optimizing application performance and scalability
*   Mentoring junior engineers on best practices

**What You''ll Bring:**

To excel in this role, you should have:

*   Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with C#/ .NET
*   Deep expertise in VSTO development and Excel integration
*   Strong debugging skills, especially with COM and Excel-related issues
*   Experience distributing enterprise software (MSI/ClickOnce preferred)
*   Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns
*   Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
*   Portfolio demonstrating relevant projects

**Nice-to-Have Skills:**
