We are looking for a strong, experienced Senior Software Engineer to play a key role in building the future of self-storage and vehicle storage. You'll have the opportunity for significant ownership, technical leadership, and impact in an early-stage, fast-growing company.

Role & Responsibilities:
*   Lead the design and implementation of complex features and systems across our stack.
*   Drive system architecture improvements and advocate for engineering best practices.
*   Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a high-performing team culture.
*   Own major projects end-to-end, ensuring quality, scalability, and timely delivery.
*   Collaborate effectively within a team environment valuing transparency and low ego.

Technical Skills & Requirements:
*   4+ years (typically 5-7+ years expected for Senior) of full-time software development experience.
*   Deep understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, algorithms, and system design.
*   Significant experience with technologies in our stack (Typescript, React, Ruby on Rails, Golang, Python, AWS) or similar modern web technologies.
*   Proven ability to take ownership and lead complex technical projects.
*   Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
*   Must be willing to work on-site in our Lehi, UT office.

Bonus Points For:
*   Extensive experience with React, Ruby/Rails, AWS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL.
*   Strong DevOps experience (infrastructure as code, monitoring, scaling).
*   Interest and/or experience in applying AI/machine learning/data science.
*   Demonstrated technical leadership experience (mentoring, architectural design).
