This is an exciting opportunity to significantly impact the scalability, reliability, and operational excellence of our infrastructure while mentoring and guiding the team.\n\n**Responsibilities:**\n\n*   Lead the design and development of systems that optimize patient journey automation\n*   Drive architectural decisions for high-impact projects, ensuring scalability and reliability\n*   Co-author long-term technical roadmaps that set the vision for platform scalability and performance\n*   Set the standard for a culture of engineering and operational excellence\n*   Build and nurture effective partnerships across engineering, product, and security teams\n*   Lead and conduct design reviews for critical projects with a focus on system-level tradeoffs\n*   Drive the design and implementation of secure network systems\n*   Act as a key stakeholder by engaging with customers and internal teams\n\n**Requirements:**\n\n*   Proven experience leading complex engineering efforts focused on distributed systems and infrastructure\n*   Exceptional collaboration and communication skills\n*   A track record of contributing to long-term technical roadmaps\n*   At least 10+ years of coding experience in languages like Go, Java, or similar\n*   Extensive experience designing and building distributed systems\n*   Deep expertise in networking systems\n*   Hands-on experience with cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure\n*   Strong sense of ownership and strategic thinking
