This role requires expertise in backend systems and platform engineering to ensure scalability and reliability.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n Design and develop platform services that support our patient journey automation\n Optimize system performance and scalability\n Collaborate with frontend teams to ensure seamless integration\n Develop and maintain APIs and backend services\n Contribute to the technical vision and roadmap of the platform\n Mentor other engineers and drive technical excellence\n\nRequirements:\n\n 5+ years of experience in backend engineering\n Proficiency in languages like Java, Go, or Python\n Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture\n Strong knowledge of database technologies and optimization\n Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-code\n Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex system design
