This role involves driving innovation in patient experience automation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n Design and develop full-stack applications that enhance our patient journey automation platform\n Collaborate with product and design teams to define and implement new features\n Optimize application performance and scalability\n Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth\n Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions\n Stay at the forefront of web technologies and healthcare digitalization\n\nRequirements:\n\n 5+ years of experience as a software engineer\n Proficiency in full-stack development (frontend and backend)\n Experience with modern web technologies (React, Node.js, etc.)\n Strong understanding of database design and optimization\n Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)\n Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
