Our team combines expertise in AI, legal domains, and engineering to tackle the regulatory sludge problem and societal-AI alignment through innovative technology.\n\n**About The Role:**\n\nAs a Senior/Frontend Engineer at Norm.ai, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, responsive user interfaces that enable our AI systems to interact effectively with users and clients. You will collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to build cutting-edge web applications that transform complex regulatory information into accessible tools.\n\n**Key Responsibilities:**\n\n*   Design and implement modern, responsive user interfaces using React or similar frameworks\n*   Collaborate with UX designers to translate designs into high-quality code\n*   Develop reusable UI components and libraries\n*   Optimize frontend performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility\n*   Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services\n*   Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices\n*   Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues\n*   Mentor junior frontend engineers and contribute to team growth\n\n**Required Skills and Qualifications:**\n\n*   5+ years of professional frontend development experience\n*   Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3\n*   Strong experience with React or Vue.js framework\n*   Knowledge of modern frontend build pipelines (Webpack, Babel, etc.)\n*   Experience with state management solutions (Redux, Context API, etc.)\n*   Understanding of RESTful API design and implementation\n*   Familiarity with version control systems (Git)\n*   BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience\n*   Portfolio demonstrating complex frontend projects\n\n**Compensation:**\n\nThe estimated pay range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000.
