**About The Role:**

As a Full Stack Engineer at Norm.ai, you will develop and maintain the diverse applications that form our regulatory AI platform. You will work on both frontend and backend systems, ensuring seamless integration and user experience across all components.

**Key Responsibilities:**
*   Design and implement full-stack applications using modern technologies
*   Collaborate with product and UX teams to define and implement features
*   Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces
*   Build and maintain backend services and APIs
*   Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability
*   Participate in code reviews and team knowledge sharing
*   Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
*   3+ years of professional software engineering experience
*   Proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js) and/or Python
*   Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
*   Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL)
*   Understanding of RESTful API design principles
*   Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment processes
*   BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
*   Portfolio demonstrating full-stack capabilities

**Compensation:**
The estimated pay range for this role is $150,000 - $225,000. This role is eligible for equity participation in our Series B funding round.
