Our team combines AI, legal expertise, and engineering talent to tackle regulatory sludge and societal-AI alignment through innovative technology.\n\n**About The Role:**\n\nAs a Product Engineer - Integrations at Norm.ai, you will design and implement seamless integrations between our platform and customers' existing systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our solutions can be easily incorporated into clients' workflows, enhancing their compliance capabilities.\n\n**Key Responsibilities:**\n\n*   Design and develop APIs and integrations for third-party systems\n*   Collaborate with product managers to define integration requirements\n*   Build and maintain integration pipelines and workflows\n*   Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues\n*   Stay current with industry standards and best practices for integration\n*   Document integration processes and technical specifications\n*   Work closely with customers to understand their integration needs\n\n**Required Skills and Qualifications:**\n\n*   3+ years of experience in software engineering or product development\n*   Proficiency with API design and development (REST, GraphQL)\n*   Experience with integration technologies (webhooks, middleware)\n*   Strong programming skills (Python, JavaScript)\n*   Understanding of software architecture and design patterns\n*   Familiarity with CI/CD and deployment processes\n*   BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience\n*   Portfolio demonstrating integration capabilities\n\n**Compensation:**\n\nThe estimated pay range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000.
