We developed the first Domain Specific Language (DSL) for fully representing regulatory requirements in AI code. This DSL, deployed with our enterprise platform, enables Norm clients to transform workflows and apply compliance checks at the source of business activities. We have raised $87 million from top VCs and global institutions. **This Role** As a Full Stack Engineer on the Regulatory AI Deployment Team at Norm AI, you will be at the intersection of software engineering and client solutions delivery and strategic partnerships. Working directly with our enterprise clients and executive team, you will architect and implement AI-driven compliance solutions that integrate seamlessly with their existing workflows. You will also be directly involved in conversations with Norm CEO and partnership leads at companies like Microsoft. **You Will Be Expected To:** * Lead technical implementation and integration efforts with enterprise clients, ensuring our AI compliance solutions are effectively deployed at the source of business activities inside large enterprises. * Architect and develop custom integrations with common enterprise platforms including: MSFT (Word, PPT, Outlook, Copilot), Salesforce, Adobe, G Suite, ChatGPT, and more. * Work closely with client technical teams to understand their infrastructure, security requirements, and compliance needs. * Design and implement scalable solutions that ensure compliance checks are performed upstream in the client's business processes. * Contribute to both our core product development and client-specific customizations, maintaining a balance between standardization and flexibility. * Drive technical discovery sessions with clients and partners to identify integration opportunities and challenges. * Develop and maintain technical documentation for client and partner implementations. * Collaborate with our legal engineering team to translate regulatory requirements into practical technical solutions. **Skills & Experience – Core:** * Bachelors or Masters in computer science or an equivalent field, or equivalent practical experience. * 2+ years experience writing Python or similar for production use. * Experience writing APIs, including working with libraries such as FastAPI. * Experience working with a Postgres database or similar. * Experience building integrations with platforms such as MSFT Office. * Excited to work/iterate with customers. **Skills & Experience – Pluses:** * Experience with React/TypeScript and Next.js. * Experience working in a startup and handling highly ambiguous requirements and situations. **Benefits:** Competitive salary ($150k-$250k) along with equity compensation.
