Noto is revolutionizing the way small after-school businesses operate. We build an AI-native platform specifically designed for tutoring centers, music schools, and similar ventures. These are often overlooked businesses run by passionate owners facing significant operational challenges. Noto aims to alleviate these woes with intelligent software solutions. We've recently secured $3.8M in funding from base10 to accelerate our mission.

## The Role: Founding Engineer (Full Stack)

As a Founding Engineer at Noto, you will play a critical role in shaping our product and technology from the ground up. You'll work directly with the founding team to design, develop, and deploy core features of our platform. This is a unique opportunity to have a massive impact on the company's trajectory and help define its technical culture.

## Responsibilities:

*   Design, build, test, and maintain scalable and robust full-stack applications.
*   Collaborate closely with the founders and future team members on product definition and technical strategy.
*   Develop both front-end user interfaces and back-end systems.
*   Work with AI/ML components to build intelligent features for our users.
*   Contribute to architectural decisions and establish best practices.
*   Take ownership of significant parts of the product and infrastructure.
*   Help solve the deep operational woes faced by our target customers.

## Technical Skills Required:

*   Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, comfortable working across the entire stack (frontend, backend, database, infrastructure).
*   Proficiency in modern web technologies (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Vue/Angular, Node.js/Python/Ruby/Go).
*   Experience with database technologies (SQL and/or NoSQL).
*   Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
*   Experience building and consuming APIs.
*   An interest in or experience with AI/ML technologies is a strong plus.
