About The Role: We are seeking a Senior TypeScript SDK Engineer to join our dedicated team responsible for the Nutrient Web SDK. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining a robust JavaScript PDF library for viewing, annotating, and editing documents directly in the browser. The SDK can run client-side using WebAssembly or connect to our Nutrient Document Engine, offering flexibility and performance.

Your work will have a direct impact on our customers, as you will be responsible for crafting solutions that meet diverse use cases. You will collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and incorporate them into the evolving architecture of the product.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement features for the Nutrient Web SDK.
• Collaborate with product and customer teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable code and thorough documentation.
• Ensure the SDK is performant, secure, and reliable.
• Optimize the SDK for various browsers and use cases.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Engineer with a strong background in TypeScript and SDK development.
• Deep understanding of OOP, FP, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with client-side technologies and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with WebAssembly and browser-based PDF manipulation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a bias towards shipping working code.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
