What you need:

• Mastery of multiple programming languages
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming
• Strong SQL, data structures, and database design skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Odoo’s core business applications
• Work on backend (Python/PostgreSQL), frontend (JavaScript framework), mobile applications, and website builder
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on feature development and improvements
• Contribute to the open-source community and help shape Odoo’s future
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge
• Participate in code reviews and architectural decisions
