Senior Full Stack Engineer

**About The Role:** We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build and scale the technology powering our platform. You'll work across the stack—architecting efficient backend systems, building intuitive front-end interfaces, and ensuring our platform scales efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work on meaningful problems in education & fintech, influence the direction of a fast-growing, venture-backed startup, and collaborate with a passionate team.

**Key Responsibilities:**
*   Architect and implement backend systems using TypeScript and Node.js
*   Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces with Next.js and Tailwind CSS
*   Optimize database performance with PostgreSQL
*   Manage infrastructure with Terraform and Docker
*   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
*   Ensure the scalability and reliability of our platform
*   Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
*   Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews
*   Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
*   Develop and maintain APIs and microservices architecture
*   Implement security best practices and ensure compliance

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
*   Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Engineer (8+ years)
*   Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern web development frameworks
*   Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
*   Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and database design
*   Familiarity with Next.js and React
*   Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and containerization (Docker)
*   Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
*   Deep understanding of software architecture and system design
*   Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
*   Strong communication and collaboration skills
