Senior Backend Software Engineer

Olli Health is a TechStars NYC '24 startup modernizing home healthcare with AI tools. We're expanding our team and seeking a Senior Backend SDE to shape our product from day one. Last summer we secured Seed funding from top healthtech/AI VCs and are rapidly building impactful tools for home health. This role involves hands-on development in a fast-paced startup environment, with opportunities to grow into leadership while gaining full-stack confidence.
We need someone with 5+ years experience in our tech stack: AWS, PostgreSQL, Python (FastAPI), PyTorch. Responsibilities include: backend development, DevOps, data engineering, API design, eval/benchmarking, workflow optimization, and ML-native data systems. Comfort with healthcare data is a plus but not required. This position works directly with our CTO and core engineering team.
