Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager at OneCrew, you’ll lead and mentor our talented engineering team, driving technical strategy and ensuring high-quality software delivery. You’ll collaborate with product and design teams to build innovative features that help paving contractors estimate projects, manage crews, and track profitability. You’ll be responsible for team growth, performance management, and creating an environment where engineers can thrive. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term architectural vision. You’ll play a key role in shaping our technology stack and ensuring we build scalable, reliable systems that serve our customers effectively. The role is hybrid, based primarily in our San Francisco office.
