Product Manager

As a Product Manager at OneCrew, you’ll own the product roadmap and work closely with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to deliver features that solve real problems for paving contractors. You’ll be responsible for understanding customer needs, defining product requirements, and prioritizing work to ensure we build the most valuable features first. You’ll analyze usage data, gather customer feedback, and make informed decisions about product direction. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the construction industry. The position is hybrid, based in San Francisco.
