Growth Marketing Metrics A/B Testing Product

Join OneCrew’s growth team to design and implement strategies that accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You’ll analyze product analytics, identify growth opportunities, and build experiments to validate hypotheses. You’ll work with marketing, product, and engineering teams to launch and scale growth initiatives that help more paving contractors succeed. This role requires a data-driven mindset, creativity, and the ability to iterate quickly based on results. You’ll track key metrics and optimize campaigns to maximize customer lifetime value. The position is hybrid, based in San Francisco.
