Sales Management CRM Negotiation Sales

As Director of Sales at OneCrew, you’ll lead our sales organization and drive revenue growth by building and managing a high-performing sales team. You’ll develop and execute sales strategies, manage territory planning, and ensure alignment with product and customer success teams. You’ll recruit, hire, and mentor sales professionals, set targets, and analyze performance metrics to optimize results. This role is primarily remote but requires significant travel to our San Francisco headquarters. You should have a proven track record of building successful sales organizations in B2B SaaS companies.
