Security Program Manager

Oneleet is an all-in-one cybersecurity startup that has built its own Attack Surface Monitoring (ASM), Code Scanner, Device Monitoring, and Compliance Platform. We are growing at an unprecedented pace and working on some very exciting projects. As a Security Program Manager at Oneleet, you will be responsible for overseeing our security initiatives and ensuring that our customers meet compliance requirements. This role involves collaborating with engineering teams to implement security best practices and drive our security roadmap. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement security programs tailored to customer needs. * Oversee vulnerability management and penetration testing processes. * Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. * Collaborate with engineering to integrate security into the development lifecycle. * Manage security operations and incident response. * Serve as the primary point of contact for security matters. Required Skills: * Experience in security program management or compliance roles. * Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards. * Strong project management skills with experience in remote teams. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. * Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and technologies.
