Account Management Customer Success Sales Customer Relations Management
Oneleet is an all-in-one cybersecurity startup that has built its own Attack Surface Monitoring (ASM), Code Scanner, Device Monitoring, and Compliance Platform. As an Account Manager at Oneleet, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and driving retention. You will work closely with the sales team to close deals and with the support team to resolve customer issues. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the main contact for existing customers. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships. * Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. * Drive customer satisfaction and retention. * Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams. Required Skills: * Experience in account management or customer success. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to understand and articulate cybersecurity value propositions. * Experience working with enterprise customers. * Proficiency in CRM systems.
