Security Program Manager

Oneleet is a Y Combinator (S22) funded all-in-one cybersecurity startup growing at an unprecedented pace. We provide a full-coverage cybersecurity platform helping companies build, manage, and monitor their cybersecurity management program, including Attack Surface Monitoring (ASM), Code Scanner, Device Monitoring, and Compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001).

**Role Description:**
We are seeking a Security Program Manager to help manage and drive our security initiatives and compliance efforts. You should be a strong problem solver, capable of working independently in a remote setting, and passionate about cybersecurity. Comfort working during Eastern Time zone hours is required. This role requires 3+ years of relevant experience.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop, manage, and maintain the company's security program.
- Coordinate security projects and initiatives across different teams.
- Assist clients and internal teams with security questionnaires and compliance requirements (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).
- Track security metrics and report on the program's effectiveness.
- Promote security awareness within the organization.

**Requirements:**
- 3+ years of experience in security program management, cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
- Comfortable working during Eastern Time.
- Security-minded professional passionate about building robust processes.
