**About Oneleet:** Oneleet is a Y Combinator (S22) funded all-in-one cybersecurity startup growing at an unprecedented pace. We provide a full-coverage cybersecurity platform helping companies build, manage, and monitor their cybersecurity management program, including Attack Surface Monitoring (ASM), Code Scanner, Device Monitoring, and Compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001). **Role Description:** We're seeking a Technical Sales professional to drive adoption of Oneleet's platform. This role requires a strong technical background (Computer Science or Cybersecurity degree/experience is a must) combined with sales acumen. You must be a strong problem solver, capable of working independently in a remote setting, and comfortable working during Eastern Time zone hours. This role requires 3+ years of relevant experience. **Responsibilities:** - Understand customer needs and articulate the value of Oneleet's solutions. - Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations. - Respond to technical questions and address concerns from prospects. - Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to provide customer feedback. - Develop and maintain relationships with key technical stakeholders. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. **Requirements:** - Background in Computer Science or Cybersecurity (degree or equivalent experience) is mandatory. - 3+ years of experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role, preferably in cybersecurity. - Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies. - Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them clearly. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. - Comfortable working during Eastern Time. - Security-minded professional. **What We Offer:** - Competitive salary ($100K - $150K OTE likely, base+commission structure implied but verify details) - Equity in a fast-growing cybersecurity startup (0.01%) - 100% remote work - Company offsites every quarter (past offsites in The Netherlands and Italy)
