Company: OneTake AI is a remote AI startup reimagining video editing with cutting-edge LLM technology. Our autonomous video editing agent turns talking videos into professional presentations without manual editing. We're small, friendly, flat in structure, and value autonomy, initiative, and tackling complex challenges. We offer features like transcription, translation, background noise removal, custom music, customizable styles, shorts generation, and an AI assistant for scripting.

Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Senior Engineer to join our founding team. You will play a critical role in developing and scaling our core product.

Responsibilities:
- Work seamlessly across our full stack: React front-end and Node.js API backend.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
- Integrate with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Llama, etc.).
- Contribute to our Docker & Kubernetes deployment infrastructure.
- Ship production-ready features continuously, ensuring high quality through rigorous testing.
- Collaborate effectively with the team in an asynchronous, remote environment.
- Take initiative and solve complex problems independently.

Requirements:
- At least 7 years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Strong proficiency in React for complex UI development.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js for building efficient backend APIs.
- Proven ability to work across the full stack.
- Experience shipping production-ready features continuously in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of testing methodologies (unit, integration, e2e).
- Excellent communication skills for async work and collaborative problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively during CET (Central European Time) business hours.

Nice to have:
- Background in video or video-editing products.
- Experience training & deploying LLMs or other AI models.
- Experience with C++, OpenGL, or FFmpeg.
- Previous startup experience.
