Full Stack Senior Engineer (React + Node + AI experience)

OneTake AI is seeking a Full Stack Senior Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in designing and implementing features that enhance our platform’s functionality, scalability, and user experience. You’ll work on cutting-edge projects involving React, Node.js, and AI integration, contributing to our mission of revolutionizing video editing. As a key member of our engineering team, you’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver impactful solutions that empower creators worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new features for our video editing platform using React and Node.js
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for both front-end and back-end components
• Integrate third-party APIs, particularly AI/ML services, into our platform
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and system design
• Ensure high-quality, reliable applications through rigorous testing and debugging
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge

Requirements:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in senior/lead capacity
• Deep knowledge of Node.js and experience with FFMPEG/microservices
• Strong full-stack skills including React and Node.js expertise
• Proven ability to ship production-ready features in 2-week sprints
• Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Excellent communication skills for remote, asynchronous collaboration
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes)

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with AI/LLM APIs and integration
• Background in video processing or media workflows
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Contributions to open-source projects
