**About The Role:** We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to ship features at a startup pace with an excellent eye for detail. This is an opportunity to take ownership of engineering projects, design technical architectures, and contribute to our platform's growth.

**What You'll Do / Responsibilities:**
* Ship features at a startup pace while maintaining exceptional quality and user experience
* Design and implement full-stack solutions with a focus on exceptional UI/UX
* Take ownership of engineering projects from conception to deployment
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and build solutions
* Mentor junior engineers and contribute to improving our engineering processes
* Balance speed, reliability, and quality in code
* Engage with customers and internal teams to understand business requirements

**What You'll Bring / Requirements / Qualifications:**
* 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development
* Proficiency in backend languages (Ruby, Node.js, Python, or similar) and React with TypeScript
* Proven ability to build complex SPA web applications and API backends
* Experience shipping features at a startup pace
* Excellent eye for detail and user experience
* Ability to design technical architectures with the right trade-offs
* Previous startup experience is a plus
