About Onja: Onja is a social enterprise dedicated to training underprivileged youth into world-class software developers. Our program provides two-and-a-half years of English and software development training, leading to remote job opportunities with international companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting preliminary research to determine which languages and technologies should be included in the course.
• Finding and incorporating useful online material into the course.
• Creating engaging video lectures, learning activities, and course content.
• Collaborating with past Onja lecturers to integrate their specific experience.
• Deciding on assessment criteria and developing assessments.
• Contributing to other parts of the organization as needed.

Required Skills:

• At least one year of professional back-end experience.
• Preferably three or more years of back-end experience, though a willingness to learn is valued.
• Strong interest in teaching and course design.
