We're seeking a passionate technical leader (Senior/Manager level) to join Onos Health as an early engineering hire, reporting directly to the CTO. You'll have the opportunity to shape our technical foundation from the ground up, helping to build sophisticated AI/ML systems that directly impact healthcare delivery while working alongside a team with decades of behavioral health experience.

Our AI-powered platform empowers health plans to evaluate provider quality, reduce wasteful spending, and take meaningful action by identifying providers who deviate from evidence-based care standards.

Role Responsibilities:
*   Architecting and implementing major platform components to provide actionable insights and recommendations to health plan administrators.
*   Building and scaling data pipelines for health records, provider directories, and claims processing.
*   Establishing engineering best practices and technical foundations for future team growth.
*   Shaping our technical roadmap, making key architectural decisions, and influencing the company's product strategy.
*   Taking ownership of developing a significant part of the Onos platform through hands-on development and technical leadership.

Technical Challenges:
*   Developing an intelligent engine that ingests complex medical standards of care documents and evaluates provider adherence.
*   Designing and implementing sophisticated anomaly detection systems for fraud/abuse.
*   Building ML pipelines to analyze handwritten clinical notes and automate recommendations.
*   Scaling systems to process millions of healthcare records securely and compliantly (HIPAA).

Ideal Candidate:
*   5+ years of experience building software applications.
*   Customer-obsessed and motivated to make an impact in the healthcare space.
*   Expertise with data engineering and backend web development practices.
*   A collaborative team player with an eye for detail.
*   Bonus points for experience with healthcare data/HIPAA, ML/LLMs for end-user applications, and building/managing engineering teams.
