Role: We are seeking a high-performance Senior Software Engineer to join our ambitious team. You will be instrumental in building and scaling the systems that power our innovative e-commerce search experience. This includes working with our primary tech stack (Clojure), contributing to our proprietary graph database designed for scale, and enhancing our neuro-symbolic AI agent.

Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software systems for e-commerce search.
* Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
* Collaborate with the team to enhance search accuracy and user experience.
* Contribute to a culture of high standards, ownership, and bias towards action.

Technical Skills:
* Strong foundation in computer science, algorithms, and data structures.
* Proven experience building scalable, production-grade backend systems.
* Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages (Clojure experience is a plus, but not required).
* Interest or experience in databases (especially graph databases), AI/ML, or search is beneficial.
